Tonight marks the official start of Sober February. I’m hesitant to actually encourage people to take on the challenge because it’s difficult, but it’s much easier than you’d think and you end up finding out a lot about yourself by the end.
I’m in. Been trying to take a booze break for a while, but now that there is a cool graphic to support me, there’s really no excuse not to.
Alison has a good point on the graphic. I’m in. I tried this once before and I made it the whole month, although I gave myself the exception of being able to have alcohol.
